JC Baldwin, President / District #2. 
JC Baldwin took the oath of office on April 20, 2005 to fill a seat vacated by a retiring Commissioner. She was re-elected to a six year term commencing in 2012. Ms. Baldwin is a Cashmere resident and a Wenatchee business owner. She was the 2007 president of the Cashmere Chamber of Commerce and has served as president for the Wenatchee Valley Chamber. Ms. Baldwin is a member of the Greater Wenatchee Area Technology Alliance and is Past President of the Cashmere Rotary. She and her husband, Randy, have one teen-age son, Blake.

Mike Mackey, District #3.
Mike Mackey was elected to a six-year term which began in January, 2004.  He was re-elected to a six-year term commencing in 2010. Mr. Mackey brings to the Port a 17-year perspective of small business ownership as well as his previous experience in land management, wildland fire fighting and soil conservation. He has lead responsibility on the Port Commission for transportation issues, including serving on the Wenatchee Valley Transportation Council and Regional Transportation Planning Organization, as well as matters directly related to District #3. Mr. Mackey and his wife, Karen, have two grown sons and four grandchildren.
